Hey everyone, my computer is to messed up with viruses to do anything to it. When i turn it on, it acts fine until i try to open up the start panal or go on the internet but the application wont every work and show up on my screen so i need you people to help me out on what i can do to get it running right.

Please PM me of what i can do to get my computer reseted and please dont sugest to get the computer installation disk, i did it like 11 time and it freezes at the part it loads the program up to do it. But PLEASE SUGEST ON WHAT TO DO TO RESET THE WHOLE THING.
